Introduction

We always handle your data confidentially. That is the essence of this statement. All information is stored securely and is only accessible to authorized individuals. We achieve this through technical and organizational security measures. This prevents the wrong people from doing wrong things with your data.

What do we record and why?

We collect personal data from (potential) customers and visitors. This also applies to users of Dataviewer, which provides secure and accessible data sharing. This does not include any special information; we do this to provide you and others with the best possible service. Without this data, we cannot provide our services. What information may we collect about you?

Name, address and place of residence details of you and the organization for which you work/perform

Function – to provide you with explicitly relevant information

Telephone numbers, email addresses and possibly social media addresses – to be able to contact you

If you would like more information about the personal data we may have collected about you, please contact us. In many cases, you have access to the customer portal, where you can view, modify, and even delete the data collected.

We also access data from our customers, of course. This data is used, for example, to perform conversions, support our customers, or assist with outages and similar issues. This may involve privacy-sensitive data.

We do not process your data outside the EU.

When we have data processed by third parties, they meet the same, or higher, security and privacy standards as we do. This has been mutually agreed upon and documented in processing agreements. Categories of data recipients may include one or more of the following parties:

Financial support agencies, such as administrative, accounting and collection agencies.

Insurers and legal support staff.

Backup vendors and external infrastructure providers.

When you visit our locations in Heemstede and Kwadijk, your presence will be recorded by a camera surveillance system.

We do not store data longer than necessary

Data about our customers

Cusp customer data is processed for Cusp's customer and order management purposes, enabling the provision of the agreed-upon services. This data is retained for 7 years in accordance with tax legislation.

Data from our customers

Cusp customer data is processed solely in accordance with the written instructions of the data controller (i.e., Cusp's customers) pursuant to Article 28, paragraph 3, of the GDPR. Cusp distinguishes between conversion data and other data.

Conversion data is retained for one year after completion. A conversion is considered complete when there have been no queries or changes at the database level for at least two months.

When registering reports, the service desk may take screenshots. These may be necessary to help you as effectively and quickly as possible. These screenshots will be included in your file. These screenshots will be destroyed three months after the report has been processed.

Other customer data, transferred in connection with malfunctions, reports and other issues, are retained for 4 weeks after completion of the report.

Camera surveillance recordings

The recordings from the camera surveillance system are kept for 2 weeks.
